I am the proud owner of a Fletcher Jones Motorcar and frequently use the Complimentary Car Wash. I have been treated courteously and professionally many times by Marciel (I am not sure of the spelling of his name) in the Car Wash area in the 20 months since I purchased my used HONDA at your dealership. He has been friendly, courteous and always cheerful answering my questions about the process in the beginning and is always there with a smile and great attitude. He is also very knowledgeable about the time it will take when I ask when it is particularly busy. He is always so nice even when they are super busy and I wanted you to know. We have been customers since it was Jim Slemmons . We leased another car after turning in the previous one early as for six months we were hounded by sales calls offering to pay for the balance of the le leased another car after turning in the previous one early as for six months we were hounded by sales calls offering to pay for the balance of the lease payment if we took a new car. On Aoril 15th John Baskin sold us the new lease. The deal was that the dealership would pay for the excess mileage and we payed a $1000 towards it ourself. At this end of the billing cycle I was billed for the balance and called the salesman who promised to take care of it. Then my account was sent to collection and reported on my credit. We called the salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager who all promised to get back to us. After no response a visit to the dealership involved similar platitudes. We left numerous messages with Garth Blumenthals assistants but no response. Then they stopped returning phone calls.when we reached the salesman again five weeks ago he said please pay the bill and the dealership will reimburse you within two days or I myself will bring a check. No one ever got back to us since and I guess the attitude permeates from the top. Ethics, honesty, integrity, rewarding long term loyalty do not exist at this dealership. Mr Jones should look into how customers who live and work in this community are treated instead of shooting t.v ads promoting his dealership. All they care about is moving cars off the lot to tout their sale record. Last November we participated in the Patriots Promise fundraiser at the dealership by donating food and wine for which we never received even a thank you note. John Baskin was the organizer of the event and the salesman who has proved the adage of never trusting a car salesman . It is a shameful episode and a disgraceful way of doing business. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Being a business owner I know that addressing customer complaints especially loyal customers should be a priority. MR JONES PLEASE NOTE! More
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Martin Sung and James Sarvey while purchasing a Mercedes. Both were extremely courteous and easy to work with. Martin took the time to listen to our needs and answer all our questions without the sales pressure that might be expected from an automobile salesperson. Once we were able to finalize the deal, the entire staff was extremely courteous and efficient in getting the paperwork processed and the vehicle ready. FJ Mercedes really runs a smooth operation and it's evident from the moment you walk into the showroom until the moment you leave. In particular, I had a few issues that I brought up to Martin a couple days AFTER the sale was finalized that Martin took care of immediately. One might expect excellent service from a salesman leading up to a sale, but excellent service after the sale was unexpected and appreciated. I'd recommend Martin for any vehicle purchase and will ask for him by name in the future. More
My experience here was the worst ever. why? they will pressure and pretend they care about you and LIE how you will save money compare to other dealership. i know it's all up to my decision but because t pressure and pretend they care about you and LIE how you will save money compare to other dealership. i know it's all up to my decision but because they are just so good to take advantage of you. this sales person will divert all topics every time i ask something about the car and the deal. he won't even answer me until i'll forget what i really want to know. and yes, i ended up with the worst deal. i got home realizing i got ripped off (i know i was stupid)! i called Rhonda the next day and was not in the office and returned my call after at least 5 hours saying there is nothing she can do. ZERO! And i think she doesn't feel like she want to talk to me. of course they got what they wanted from me already that i am no use for them. they were nice when i was there and i thought it was all sincere. i didn't know they were nice to me because they know they are getting a good money out of me. DO NOT GO HERE if you don't want to feel what i'm feeling now. Go to Mercedes Van Nuys (this is where i got my first mercedes) if you really are into Mercedes cars. Believe me it's so worth the drive saving several thousands of dollars! and oh yeah, they gave me a wrong owner's manual and wrong spare key. what a nice service! More
Denise was an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure sales professional. We were considering an S Class or CLS Class and Denise was able to provide the features of each vehicle in addition to f pressure sales professional. I never expected the buying experience with Fletcher Jones to be so awesome. I live in Cardiff and it's 65 miles south of Newport. I've been planning for some time to trade in my 2010 E350 for a certified 2012 CLS550. My plan was to do this in November but I happened to see the car I wanted in an ad in the LA TImes. I emailed the dealership with my price and trade parameters. I didn't expect them to respond so fast so I made the trip up to see them. I was greeted by James Sarvey - an incredible individual - smart and spiritual - both my wife and I hit if off with James - there was absolutely no pressure - pricing was right - we traded wholesale for wholesale and also got approved for a great loan rate with MBZ Finance. To sum it up - I do miss my pristine white 2010 E350 but as I drove away the growl of that new 409 HP Twin Turbo engine made my sadness quickly turn to elation. My thanks to James and the Fletcher Jones staff for a job well done!!! More

I ordered my 2013 GL550 from them in January. They convinced me with a good price and based on that I cancelled order with Hoehn Mercedes San Diego. I am living in San Diego. But when I went to pick it up very surprisingly they exposed their true face .. Sales manager (James Sullivan) was very rude.. Not truthful at all with words. I think luxury car dealer should know how to behave. I have another 2010 GLK350 which I bought from Hoehn in December 2010. I have very good relation with them still now. I repent I drove all the way and was fooled and tricked. Tricky and rude to deal with .. very cunning with words and does not keep commitment .. I had to buy because I waited for 3 months but will never visit this dealer again .. I will not recommend this dealer at all .. I contacted mbusa and they contacted FJ dealer several times .. MBUSA were polite and asked apology for the experience but did not receive any courtesy from the dealer. I am not sure whether they care about customer, once business is done that’s it ?? More
We went car shopping for weeks and decided to stop by about 2 hours before close on a Saturday night. We were greeted by Vladan who was extremely helpful as he showed us a GL 450 that would be a good fi about 2 hours before close on a Saturday night. Being with my two boys, wife and so tired of visiting dealerships, I literally told Vladan we have this amount to spend, we want this car, this payment and we can put this much down and if he could do it all within 30 minutes he had a deal. He looked at me and expecting him to laugh, he then said let me get the VIN off of our old MB.. 15 minutes later the whole deal was done and he even saved us money!! We were then taken to see Angel who knew our situation and breezed through the paperwork... Even tough we were in a rush, Angel made sure to explain things to us and really had our best interest especially when it came to the warranty.. The whole process took 30 min and it was fantastic! I honestly will never purchase again anywhere else as this is our second MB from FJ and once you purchase from FJ, every other car dealership is second rate!! What a fantastic experience!! More
We are fist time Mercedes Car owners. When we walked in the dealership, our intention was window shopping as we were worried about making a wrong decision and paying the heavy price on these vehicles. After talking to Mike, we learnt everything Mercedes has to offer in terms of different model options for a family and the upgrades AND financing options. After the test drive we fell in love with the car and we are so very grateful to Mike Kadomi and Mike Ramish for working with our budget and getting us the best option we could afford. We are very very pleased and drove back home proud owners of a Mercedes. Best thing was, we never felt pushed or obligated, we were able to make the right decision. Both Mikes :) gave us enough time to come to a decision and answered all our questions and concerns. Best car purchase experience we have had. We greatly recommend this dealership, we would say, even if in doubt walk in and these guys can make it happen for you. They make is seem like anybody can afford one of these beautiful cars.
