Do not believe what you are told on the phone. Be prepared to be blown off if you try to hold them to what they quote you on the phone. Don't ever deal with Candace Ekhart and Ed Kogan they will just waste your time. After exchanging emails convincing me to go to the dealer with a promise that I wont be disappointed with the deal. it is will just waste your time. After exchanging emails convincing me to go to the dealer with a promise that I wont be disappointed with the deal. it is sad to say that is was all a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Nothing was ever done they didn't say anything that I didn't already know. Candace assured me that it would be worth my time when it was just the exact opposite. The deal that was presented to me didn't make any sense they wanted me to go from a an E class to a C class for a higher payment. It was a stupid deal and that was the only thing they could present to me. I even told Candace to be upfront with me if they cannot do anything for me it was ok I'll just see them when I get my car for service. I live more than an hour away from the dealer so I didn't really want to drive down. It was a very sad service from a dealer that claims to give first class service. Well in my case the service fell way short of expectations. I was so upset with how Candace handled this that I find it very hard to believe anything that this dealer tells me. I just hope future customers won;t go through what I went through just be careful of empty promises. Sad to say I felt like I was dealing with a Ford dealer with the service I got. Tsk, tsk FJ and to think I'm a loyal customer since 2006. More

Since that time, Brian , Anthony, Jayson, Cush, and Joshua were outstanding in answering our questions regarding the purchase of Jones Mercedes-Benz. I was cold-called by their telemarketing team to "sell back" the CLS550 I leased from FJ about 1yr ago. I said, ok I'll come in for a quote since I've been considering downsizing vehicles. Went in, "sell back" the CLS550 I leased from FJ about 1yr ago. I said, ok I'll come in for a quote since I've been considering downsizing vehicles. Went in, met with my old Sales Advisor Don Andrade, who is great also. Then was introduced to Martin to help us pick our new [potential] vehicle. We took about 3-4hrs just to nail down the right car! Martin was extremely patient, skipped the normal salesman routine with me and really helped me narrow down the right car. Towards the end Martin was able to have me re-test drive a few cars back-to-back which helped me ultimately (finally) decide. When it came to the deal and pricing, I consider myself a no-nonsense tough negotiator and felt that Martin was really on my side. I ended up highly satisfied with the deal, and met my objectives financially and drove home in my new car! Highly recommend Martin! More
