Christine took an inordinate amount of time during a very busy day to give me a test drive and to thoroughly explain and emphasize the car's many new and improved features and then literally scouring the lots to find the vehicle that best fit my wants and needs. Additionally, she walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of either purchasing and leasing, which was very helpful in allowing me to make the right decision. Furthermore, she prepped the finance department to speed me through the intensive paperwork so that Andres did a great job. Finally, Matt was very helpful in checking out the car with me and setting my phone up into the system. And, by the way, I was able to use the John Wayne parking and shuttle service last week, and it worked great.
