Fletcher Jones offers some nice benefits to customers who purchase a from them; such as a free car wash once a week, free coffee, a very nice waiting area, free parking at their dealership and a shuttle to take you to the airport when you fly out of Orange County/John Wayne Airport. I have worked with Mike McMullen for 6 years and have purchased 6 cars from him. He is courteous, friendly and persuasive. He will point out the benefits and features of the Mercedes you choose. I spoke with James on Monday morning and the car was parked in my driveway Tuesday night. Unbelievable!!!! BTW, the man that delivered the car (Dave, sorry I don't have his last name) was also exceptional. Not only did he drive 100 miles to deliver the car but spent an hour and a half showing my and my wife the features of the car. I began to feel a bit guilty about all this time he was spending, knowing he had a two-hour drive back. This was SUPER SERVICE and deserves a score higher than 5. Thank you.
