I loved my S but the new car is just what I told the Pon that I wanted. He didn't try to "over sell us"which made the process quick and easy. This is the second car we have bought from you and our third Mercedes. The experience was good both times. I do however miss some of the features the S class has and was very disappointed not to have the keyless feature . Hard to believe a 2011 car does not have that feature that the S class had in 2006. However that does not take away from the way Pon did his job. Andres Segura was very helpful with the paperwork and very friendly. Katelyn was helpful also and has been the same in the past.
