I chose Fletcher Jones over all other dealerships after my wife had such a positive experience having her Mercedes (purchased from another Mercedes dealer)serviced there. The customer experience was flawless, an experience I attempt to replicate in my position as VP Franchise Sales for Money Mailer. I must compliment Brian Taber who epitomizes the Fletcher Jones experience - he was sincere, informative and I always felt he had my best interests in mind even though I understood the ultimate goal was a sale. When I met with James he explained all the purchase options and we chose an alternative I had not anticipated. When it came to the all important price, instead of negotiating for the last dollar, which is my natural inclination, he asked me what I thought was fair and instead I asked him what he thought was fair and that's the price I paid because I appreciated the service, the value, the customer experience. Did I leave some money on the table? Probably, but I know it was a good deal and my wife will love the car and continue to enjoy the great service experience.
