I was particularly impressed that both Kirk and David recognized me immediately when I visited previouly over 2 years ago and that they remembered my wife, Sandra, who has passed recently and with whom I purchased my previous car. They even rememembered details of our previous purchasing experience which would not have been on their computer. I am a real estate broker who worked with builders in marketing new homes.
