I have been literally been following James Sullivan for the past 13 years, ever since leasing my 1st Mercedes in 1999. They know their customer and thrive on delivering the most exceptional service. The most impressive thing to me about James and his staff is the fact that they understand their customer, as individuals. Therefore, they adapt the customer experience, based on the customer’s individual needs. Brian Taber spent a couple of hours with me, explaining the vehicles that I was interested in. providing all of the necessary detail, important to me, so that I could make an informed decision. He stayed with me every step of the way and even set me up so that I could take a conference call for work during the transaction. I am so grateful to Fletcher Jones, James Sullivan and Brian Taber, for understanding me, for making my experience so pleasurable (I normally hated the car leasing/buying experience. I felt like a hostage). Angel from the Finance department was also exceptional. She had me processed and out within 15 minutes. I am very happy with my new Mercedes and would like to thank the staff at Fletcher Jones for making the transaction a pleasant experience.
