I traveled 30 miles from Torrance after speaking to Pon Shen ( salesman), he said he could beat any deal and to give him a chance. So after stopping at Long Beach Mercedes on my way to Fletcher Jones I had Shen ( salesman), he said he could beat any deal and to give him a chance. So after stopping at Long Beach Mercedes on my way to Fletcher Jones I had at least a base price to use to negotiate. Pon looked at the numbers Long Beach had provided, he topped there trade in offer and topped there price, that was the good news now here is where it all goes south. The car was not in stock but in the way to there dealership. He talked me into leaving a $2000 deposit to give me first write or refusal on the car. The car arrived at the dealer, Pon called me and said it was in. My wife and I made the long trip to pick up our new car. Once there Pon informed me that he trade offer was $3000 to high and he would not be able to increase that offer. He then said his price he quoted me for the car was also to low and would have to be adjusted up about $3000. My wife gets a fleet deal with mercedes, Pon said that to was in question we would have to pay the $2000 fleet discount and he would return the money once Fletcher Jones received the discount (really does anyone out there buy that). So now the price of the deal just went up $8000 from the deal I was promised. When I started questioning Pon he went and got his manager Cush, the first words out of Cush's mouth were, "You ordered this car". I corrected him stating we simple put a deposit on a car already being delivered to his dealership per Pon's request. He apologized but continued his strong arm tactics saying that our offer numbers just wouldn't work. I then corrected him again and said, "All of this numbers that you have written down are your salesman's numbers not mine, this is what was promised to us to get us in here". My wife and I left. I recieved many phone calls from the dealership over the next week, the last few where comical (tragic). A man named James called my wife claiming that Fletcher Jones would now take the deal made with Pon (not the original numbers promised but close), all we had to do is write a check for the agreed to amount and they would even drive the car to my house. My wife called me, I called this James, James told me that we were not going to be able to make a deal. I asked if what he had told my wife was true, he would not give me a yes or no answer and I asked several times. The only one person that has not lied to me at Fletcher Jones was a non sales person Candice who tried to make the deal but at this point I have been lied to by so many employees there how can I believe her! Beware! I have herd that honest reviews like this tend to some how disappear. More

James was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process of ordering our 2013 ML550. He spent ample time answering questions and providing test drives of a few different vehicles. The ML550 is rare, but we were able to order one and wait delivery. James made repeated adjustments to the vehicle configuration based on my ever-changing ideas about which options I wanted, right up until the system didn't allow any more changes. When the vehicle arrived he was reasonable in our pricing negotiations. The price was below MSRP by a good amount, and I feel that this was quite reasonable given that almost no one has these in stock right now, especially with the options I was looking for. Also, the finance team was very easy to work with. There was NO pressure to buy service contracts, paint protection, etc... They simply asked if I was interested in any of those things and moved on. Quick and painless. We were in a hurry when we finally took delivery due to my wife being 9 months pregnant. We wanted to get the car deal out of the way with little hassle and James and team delivered. Our closing process and vehicle pickup went very smoothly. They spent just enough time showing me the necessities, but respected my desire not to spend all day with the delivery at the dealership. The vehicle was detailed and looking great at pickup. They also offered for us to return any time if we'd like them to show us more about operating the extensive electronics in the vehicle. More

James and his team are honest, up front and don't give you the run around. None of this fake "let me be your best friend" BS. James will sit down with you ASAP and get down to brass tax -- i.e., the car y you the run around. None of this fake "let me be your best friend" BS. My experience there was great, and his sales team was great on both the test drive and also on showing me certain ins and outs to the CLS63 that were completely different from my 2010 C63 which I had previously. Will get my next MB from James and wouldn't hesitate to send others there as well!! More
I head been told that Flecther Jones was the best dealership, but i can say i totally agree for myself. Joey Gulo made buying a luxury car easy cause its a big deal!
