I ordered the car a while ago and he was very knowlegeable about which options he felt I would like. Thomas was on vacation so Andreas was responsible for delivering my car. Andreas is not only the most knowledgeable Mercedes person I have ever met he is personable and makes the process fun. He apparently has studied every detail of the car and had preprogramed most of the features to fit me. His explanations were so thorough that I found the manual to be redundant. I would recomend that everyone have Andreas deliver their new car. More

Overall, we are pleased with our leasing purchase with Fletcher Jones,however, we do have a concern about the trade in allowance that we received on our very clean 2002 Mercedes Benz C240. When we made Fletcher Jones,however, we do have a concern about the trade in allowance that we received on our very clean 2002 Mercedes Benz C240. When we made the purchase we were really not ready on that day to complete the deal so we didn't look up the value of our trade in the Kelly Blue Book. Our car was in excellent shape, under warranty still and serviced regularly at your dealership on time. When our friends asked us about our car(they all knew it and how good it looked and ran) they were shocked at the price we said we had been allowed by your dealership. So, we looked it up in the Blue Book and we found out that we received about half of the value of the car in trade. We also put down $3,000 of our own money. We were very disappointed to find out that we had not received a fair price for the car. It makes a difference in how we rate the dealership now. We feel as though we have been taken and this is not a feeling we wish to have . The general manager has been notified of our discontent and at this time, we know it will affect our purchase or leasing transactions in the future. We would like to come away from this experience with good feelings but, that is very hard to do when the matter has not been resolved as of today. We are hoping that something satisfactory can be worked out so that we can resume the feelings we had of trust and faith in your ability to give your repeat loyal customers, satisfaction.
