They were very helpful and never over pressured me in buying the car. They laid out their offer, we negotiated; and I feel I received a good deal on my Mercedes. Hamid Mogadam helped us with the paperwork and explained the extended warranty. Since we prefer self-insuring rather than extended warrantees, Hamid accepted our position without argument.
