My wife and I visited Fletcher Jones to 'canvass' prices on a certified pre-owned mercedes benz. This car is intended to replace our mercedes C320 which was 'totalled' when my wife was driving it and a tee on a certified pre-owned mercedes benz. This car is intended to replace our mercedes C320 which was 'totalled' when my wife was driving it and a teenager on DUI smashed the back of our vehicle. We were simply just looking around for cars, in fact, we just came from Lexus, Acura and Toyota dealerships. However, Tommy Tran and Jason Nhim of Fletcher Jones gave us an impressive presentation on what's available within our price range, allowed us to test drive the vehicles we were considering, professionally answered all our concerns and we got hooked. We had no intention of buying a car that day but we went home with a C300 !!! Jason Nhim ably and professionally assisted us with the features of the car and even called us the following day and the days after that to check if we have any questions or concerns with the car.
