Everytime I bought my S63 here for service, they never got it on time and never got the car fixed right. 1st service, they never got the problem fixed. 2nd service, they scratched my car then took 2 weeks got it on time and never got the car fixed right. 1st service, they never got the problem fixed. 2nd service, they scratched my car then took 2 weeks to fix it. 3rd service, they replaced my tires (because I got nails) then found out the new tires that they just installed also got nails in???? I went in to the dealership at around 5pm, I work close to Fletcher. Took out the car with Brian and liked the car right away. Went upstairs to make a deal with James. I hate the whole car buying experience! It is emotionaly draining, cheesy and just plain unpleasant, but a necessity. I was attacked by the car sharks as I walked though your car lot (annoying) but once I got to the receptionist and asked for Rick all was well in the Car Buying World. I was not held hostage at the dealership being subjected to crazy whealin n' dealin antics. In two hours I was off the lot and enjoying my new car.
