I hate the whole car buying experience! It is emotionaly draining, cheesy and just plain unpleasant, but a necessity. I was attacked by the car sharks as I walked though your car lot (annoying) but once I got to the receptionist and asked for Rick all was well in the Car Buying World. I was not held hostage at the dealership being subjected to crazy whealin n' dealin antics. In two hours I was off the lot and enjoying my new car. I will not only recommend Rick, a class act, but will also recommend Fletcher Jones to all my family and friends. I love my car and my experience with your organization allows me to appreciate and enjoy my car all the more. Who would have thought buying a car could be a pleasant experience? Not me, until now.... Bill was great. He helped me out every step of the way, did not pressure me, and was upfront with everything which I appreciated a lot. This is also the first time that I drove home happy with a new car, which how it always should be anyway. When I got my first Mercedes last year, I felt odd and deceived that I may have paid way too much. After floor manager Cushman King's review, I was indeed ripped off by our sales associate Sammy Patterson. That was $15k down the drain. But that's history. I'm just happy that I found an honest and straight-forward sales man that I'll be going back to in the years to come. More
