I saw the vehicle I was interested in, a 2012 ML350 in the showroom and walked in. Paul came right up to me and asked how he could help me. We discovered that the 2012 ML350 with the options I wanted did not exist. No Problem Paul (as I call him) said he could order the exact vehicle I wanted. He ordered it and I picked it up yesterday. Blake was awesome and spent as long as needed to make sure I knew how everything worked (bluetooth, nav, seats, sunroof) I found the exeperience of buying a vehicle from Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz to be a great one. I would highly recommend this dealership and it's awesome staff. Oh, and I LOVE my new car :-) More

Great service. Thought i was signing a two year lease when vehicle delivered but it was longer.so i ended up paying a large fee for turning my vehicle in early... paying almost $1300 for the E50.. told when vehicle delivered but it was longer.so i ended up paying a large fee for turning my vehicle in early... paying almost $1300 for the E50.. told under 900.00.. from other dealerships.. so I paid an extra 350 a month for old lease pay off which is 4000 a year times.. 33 months instead of 24 like i thought i was signing.. SO the extra 9 months cost me $11,700 plus the $350 a month for 33 moths more than other dealerships $11,500 so I paid 23,200 more in payments and i owed another year on my car $14,400.. So i paid a huge premium... Not super excited! More
