I had the most pleasant sales experience with James Sullivan and his assistant Matthew. Before I even got to the dealership matthew addressed my concerns over the phone so I was aware of what to expect Sullivan and his assistant Matthew. Before I even got to the dealership matthew addressed my concerns over the phone so I was aware of what to expect when I arrived. As soon as I got there, Matthew took me to look at the cars at the other lot. He literally spent hours with my brother and I and was extremely detailed, thorough and polite. Matthew is definitely a star employee! He is kind as can be and never seemed frustrated, nor was he dismissive, despite how many questions I had. Even while I debated between two models he was so patient and broke down the differences between the two and allowed me to test drive both cars so that I could compare them more thoroughly. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, so attentive and hard working. Upon deciding on a vehicle, I was concerned it would be out of my price range but he assured me James would work out the best deal for me. He remained so positive throughout the experience that it made my decision so much easier. James then negotiated a price for me and he was equally as pleasant to work with. Definitely a people person and very straight forward and honest. He made it possible for me to close the deal and drive home my new mercedes benz! At the very end, Matthew still took more time out of his day to show me how to use all of the controls in the car. I was asking very specific questions and he was able to answer all my questions and did not mind going over everything with me twice. He was so awesome, I cannot say enough to express how grateful I am to James Sullivan and his team for giving me this great experience while purchasing my first car! More

This was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing or leasing a vehicle.
