I purchased a new 2012 C250 froom this dealership throught the European Delivery Program (EDP). Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend the EDP program from FJ MB to anyo throught the European Delivery Program (EDP). Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend the EDP program from FJ MB to anyone wanting to combine a trip to Germany with the purchase of a new vehicle. Be advised it may take several months to procure a new car this way, but everything about the experience (use of the vehicle in Europe, MB factory and museum tour, discounts, hotel and meal, etc) was superb. Ms Farthing's decade(s) of experience with the EDP was evident; she handled all the paperwork and other details in a very timely and professional manner, unlike any other car buying experience I have ever encountered. The sales support staff at FJ were also very helpful, in particular Josh the technician who loaded all my electronic data in the car and patiently explained everything. It is my understanding there are very few dealers in CA that particpate in the European Delivery Program. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones MB, we were very satisfied with our car buying experience. More

We originally went in for an Equity Evaluation on my 2002 CLK450, with Mike Govan. After getting the evaluation, Mike offered to show us some "newer" pre-owned cars. With no pressure on us, he spent quite a bit of time showing us many different options. When we didn't see the car we wanted in the color we wanted, we inquired about a 2012. Since Fletcher Jones didn't have the exact car we wanted, they found it at a different dealership. With only a deposit (refundable) they got the car to their dealership for us to see, and when we did, we bought it! Everyone was very happy to help us in getting exactly what we wanted. And, Matt was very thorough in explaining all of the features and functionality of the car. Our experience was GREAT! More

It is a stressful time when you buy a car... but your group makes it somehow fun.
