this was suppose to be a pleasant purchase turned horror. Would not recommend them to anyone (unless you want to just open your wallet to them without question). I live very far from the dealership and want to get a hassle free pricing on a vehicle and would just come in to do the paperworks. Well they don't provide any information,pricings, etc. through emails or phone calls and ask that you come in to the dealership and they would "beat any competitor's offer". I decided to drive 100 miles to the dealership with a written offer from another dealership thinking that they would "beat any deals/offers" because that was their motto and they are the largest dealership. Big mistake. No only are you treated rudely but they think it's a joke when you submit offers from other dealership that don't provide them with profit. The salesperson even told me "why haven't you bought the car if the dealership gave you such a good deal". I left Fletcher Jones and went back to the other dealership that gave me a great offer and I bought 2 cars from them. Would NEVER recommend Fletcher Jones to anyone I know. More

Saturday October 08/2011. From the time my wife and I drove in we were met with the up most courtesy and friendliness Mr. Tabesh introduced himself to us, we told him what kind of pre owned vehicle we we drove in we were met with the up most courtesy and friendliness Mr. Tabesh introduced himself to us, we told him what kind of pre owned vehicle we were looking for. He showed us one that my wife fell in love with, he was very knowledgeable of all the features on the vehicle. It was discovered on the test drive there was a default in the cam senor unit. We were assured it would be fixed on Monday when the service department open also they would provide us a loaner Mercedes while repairs were in progress. We purchased the vehicle and the extended warranty with the understanding that the dent above the windshield would be repaired, the roll bar screen would be installed, right sun visor cover installed. We drove the vehicle home that day and the check engine light came on. Sunday the vehicle stopped running half way out of the garage. I called you sales department and they were very concerned and provided me with a phone number for a tow truck to remove the vehicle from the garage and take it into your service department. On Monday I talked to Mr.Buote in the service department. He was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. When we picked the vehicle up we were met by Mr.Tabesh and again he was extremely helpful in explaining the operations of the vehicles features along with making sure that every thing we had discussed prior to purchasing was accomplished. I would highly recommend your dealership. More
