May we share our happy experiences with you? We bought our first Mercedes in 1998 from Fletcher Jones. It was a certified, preowned vehicle. Our first contact was with the sales person, Vic Goldstein, and that meeting was superior. Every contact that we have had with the agency since then has been top-of the line. Several items were replaced under warranty on the first car. Each time the repair was completed on time and correctly. In one instance an unusual failure had occurred and parts were no nearer than Germany. We kept the replacement car until the repair were finished and Peter Dillion, the service writer, keep us informed of the progress on the repair. After 13 years, we still have that car, still receive super service for anything whether it be a free car wash, an oil change, a scheduled service or an unexpected repair. Similarily, our second Mercedes in 2001 was a certified, preowned vehicle. I have driven this car over 95,000 miles and am completely satisfied with all facets of my relationship with Fletcher Jones. Sales activity, scheduled service, 'walk-in' service without an appointment and repair service have all been great. Peter Dillion has been my service writer for this 13 year period and he is outstanding. He is courteous, knowledgeable and quick to explain the difficulty and the needed fix. Based on over 60 years of car ownership, my conclusion is that Fletcher Jones and all the employees that I have met are the best. Keep up the good work! Henry Roder, a very satisfied customer. More
