Couldn't get calls returned, no one said "thank you" when I finally purchased a call (which I did is less than 12 hours from my first visit), couldn't get the attention and time i needed to walk me you" when I finally purchased a call (which I did is less than 12 hours from my first visit), couldn't get the attention and time i needed to walk me through the features on my car when I finally finished with paperwork. My sales rep was too busy to walk me through the new car features. When I did get the walk through the lady helping me told me 3 times she had to hurry to other customers because the environment was so competitive at FJ. Most of the key items on the checklist were skipped. I was not asked to sign off even though all the items were checked off. Also, the satelite radio was not hooked up when I rolled off the lot. I had to call 3 times to my sales rep and is still not activated as of today. Great car, horrible experience. Would NOT recommend to family and friends. More

I had been looking at getting a Mercedes, I was unsure of the model; it was between a GL 450 and 550. Of course my wife and daughter were shopping and I thought that it would be a great time to go look since your dealership was around the corner. Donald Andrade came out and started showing Myself and Grandson the deference between the 450 and 550 I said thank you and he offered to show some of the other difference and go for a test drive, He was not pushy at all which was out of the ordinary. When we returned he was extremely polite and polished, the rest of your staff was polite and it seemed like they were there to help the customer. I will be telling my friends of the great service and experience that I received at Fletcher Jones. I ended up purchasing the GL 550 and I have been enjoying it so far.
