Denise Banner was outstanding. She had my new car waiting for me, took a quick test drive in it, then she had everything done. There was no back and forth on price. She completely explained everything on the car to me althought this car is so amazing I think I forgot some of the things it can do. I have purchased all but two of my Mercedes from Dennise (I didn't live in California when I bought the first two) I will not buy a car from anyone or any other dealer. Dennise has been working with me for over 10 years. I recommend Fletcher Jones and Dennise to everyone I know, she is simply the best!!! More
