Mike and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. From the start Mike tried to find a car that fit what we were looking for and helped us find a good buy in their certified inventory. The staff were very willing to work with us in negotiating a good deal for the car. They even loaned us the car for an hour to drive home to ask our family their opinion of the car. After purchasing the car we noticed some defects on the car. Mike gave us a quick response and assured us that the problems would be taken care of. The entire process was fun and pain free, even going through the finance office quick and painless without the pressure of purchasing extra warranties. The dealership itself is big and beautiful. Overall a great experience and we got a great car for a great deal! More

Mike Govan was great! We are able to work out a deal that was acceptable and get it done pretty quickly. I was concerned with the fiancing because the two companies FJM uses to obtain FICO scores were totall was acceptable and get it done pretty quickly. I was concerned with the fiancing because the two companies FJM uses to obtain FICO scores were totally wrong. I ran my credit report before I purchased my car and FairIsaacauto and empiricaauto provided FJM with lowers scores than I received directly from Experian and Trans union? Which make no sense unless their is monkey business going on? I contact each one of them and they confirmed my scores which again did not come close to what FJM used. This is upsetting to me since this determines my interest rate. I have not received my bank payment paperwork yet and am interested to see if it matches my documents. Im not holding judgement until I receive the data. Thanks again Mike for all your help! More

Buyer beware of confrontational and defensive sales people... Tried to lease a car for my brother in law, but we were unsuccessful. We specifically shopped FJM because they are "the largest Mercede people... Tried to lease a car for my brother in law, but we were unsuccessful. We specifically shopped FJM because they are "the largest Mercedes dealer" in So Cal. Eric was great emailing us to come in, but when we finally called to get our numbers he accused us of being "bad" customers because we would shop him. We did NOT shop other dealers because we figured we would get the best deal from the largest dealer. I even offered to fill out an online credit app or email him license and insurance and he still would not solidify any of the numbers. I am very busy and wanted a no hassle up front deal so we could just go in and sign. They would not allow this and in fact accused me of disrespecting the dealership. In any case, I thanked the guy and even apologized for offending him. Since then, he has been harrassing us with emails and phone calls asking us to come in. Why would we? He burned that bridge the day we were ready to go in. Why shop online when you can't get any answers? Apparently this guy sells too many cars per month because he bragged about selling 65+ cars. This is too bad because my brother in law really wanted the car. Also, I noticed on yelp and yahoo the ratings for FJM are terrible. Everyone of them so I'm not sure where they found these customers on this site. This is a high end brand, customers should not feel bad for asking questions. I've told everyone about this experience so believe me, I will NEVER recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership. More
