James Sullivan and his team were AMAZING! I am a person that hates to be sold to, but loves to buy -- IN MY OWN TIME. If I feel pressured, I will walk away from a dealership -- even if they have the best that hates to be sold to, but loves to buy -- IN MY OWN TIME. James was extremely patient with me, and he did not try to pressure me when I left Fletcher Jones to look at other cars. I think I visited at least 4 times to look at various cars, and he (and Michael Gerro and Brian Taber) never tried to pressure me to buy a car on that visit (unlike every other dealership I visited). Also, I feel that I got an amazing deal on an awesome car. I will refer all my friends and family to James and his team.
