Our reason for visit was to actually pick up S430 from service - which was NEVER repaired. I did receive 2 calls from the sales department before asking why service never called. Unfortunately, not the first BAD experience w/the service dept. After having the vehicle for 6 days, I would expect more than what I got...a lot of excuses! They did make a sale & I upgraded to an S550...hopefully, this purchase will make up for the previous leased lemon that I had constant tire pressure monitoring problems that could NOT be repaired and cost me 14 tires in 3 years. Living approx. 60 miles away from the dealer does indeed make it difficult to return frequently for service however, the first sign of problems I will NOT attempt to resolve on my own---it will go back to the dealer until satisfied. And a side note, my sales guy, Mike Govan...he encouraged me to call him if I had any problems with the service dept. Wish me luck and I do love my new ride! More

I have to say that my recent experience was outstanding, Team Alex Livadas, specifically working with Trevor Whightman was great. He is super credible and listened to our needs and wants. My boyfriend and I felt very comfortable with him and enjoyed our 5 hour stay!!! I love my new car, GLK350. Great car and great ride. I am so pleased with my decision to return to mercedes. We live in Los Angeles and can easily go to Beverly Hills Mercedes but didn't. More
