After very contentiuos negotiations (6 hours) on a CPO vehicle, the car turned out to be a lemon and had to be returned. I would not recommend this dealership. Brandon worked hard to keep me in a Mercedes even with the financial issues I'm dealing with now. It was very timely and helpful to keep me in another new car since my lease was expiring, the car was in the financial issues I'm dealing with now. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. It felt first class all the way, just as it should when buying a Mercedes. Our sales person, Mike Govan, did everything right including a confirmation note for our appointment and greeting us when we arrived. He had the cars we wanted to look at and test drive. He did not try to "hard sell" but really carried through on his promise to make sure we were satisfied. An outstanding job explaining the features of the vehicle we eventually purchased and coming through on every detail of what we agreed to in order to make the deal happen. A huge contrast to the perceived "sleazy" dealers we had experienced prior to coming to Fletcher Jones. Mike Govan should be commended for his pledge and action to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction for buying experience. Bryce Mott in Finance was also a pleasant surprise. He answered all questions expertly and presented additional products to us to purchase but at no time tried to hard sell but left it up to us as to what fit our needs the best. Normally I do not want to purchase any additional items at this point of the process but because it was a comfortable and honest interchange I actually wanted some follow-on service products and did purchase them. Bryce should also be commended for his attention to customer satisfaction. So, I will be sending friends and colleagues to Fletcher Jones in the future for their Mercedes needs.
