Your salespeople were great. I looked at several different vehicles and walked away from deals when the vehicles just were not meeting my needs. I also felt comfortable returning because I knew FJ different vehicles and walked away from deals when the vehicles just were not meeting my needs. I also felt comfortable returning because I knew FJ had a great selection even though the price was higher than I had hoped to pay. In the beginning of my search there was a little too much contact about particular cars I was interested in. I was not looking for a quick sale, did not have a deadline to purchase; but rather wanted to find the right vehicle. In the end I think all sales people understood that and worked well with me. Ihab was very relaxed and communicative. He was probably your best closer of the deal. Ashely was fair and patient as well. I hope follow up and service will be just as positive. More

Sales people and supervisors were Rude, arrogant,lies, do not return phone calls as promised etc.... you name it. Worst dealer ever dealt with in 30 years!!! Have been trying to buy a car from Fletcher/ Jones since september. Ask for specific sales people and they have other salespersons call. Ask for crash test results and they give you lies about them and that they don't crash test thier cars and or yes they do but we can't show you unless you come in. When i go in refuse to show you any. Say they will loan you a car for a day on the phone and dont follow through when you show up. Said they found your car and then want money and then the car is not available. List goes on! More
