I found that this dealer practices predatory sales strategies, and if you are not careful they will rip you off worse than a subprime mortgage broker in the peak of the real estate market of 2007. I originally went there to buy a used car but ended up signing a lease for 27 months on a used C-class, with mileage restrictions that were not explained thoroughly. They wrecked my car in the car wash and tried to say it was there before I got it washed. When I confronted them about it, the whole entire car mechanic staff started walking over to me like a gang of animals trying to intimidate me and change my opinion. After talking to numerous so-called "managers", I finally got the damage fixed. They were so good at manipulating me, I almost believed them, and until I realized the color paint on the damaged area was from the car in front of me in the car wash line. They wiped off the paint after the wash, however if it was damaged before. How could someone wipe off the paint after a thorough car wash? I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, no matter how many amenities they offer. The business is buying and selling cars, not manicures, coffee shops and day care centers. Be very careful walking on to this dealer. Because if you are not they will take advantage of you worse than downtown Naples, Italy. More

Mike was great! Real smooth without being shaddy. The type of guy you hope your wife never meets while out shopping. I talked to a friend about their experience with a particular car, and she told me to go see Joey Gulo at Fletcher Jones. I called him and he was like a family member from the first phone call. He made the sales experience pleasurable, with no stress. I felt he working for me, vs working for himself or the dealer. The quality of the reception and greetings and assistance from the other staff, and the facility was like a visit to a luxurious resort and spa. I was lucky enough to find the exact car and a better price that I had hoped to pay. This is our first new Mercedes, and so far - we are thrilled with the product and experience with the dealership.
