Very nice car that is exactly what I am looking for. Excellent dealship and service that made my experience enjoyable. I rated the Qualityof Work at 4, which is really good. It'd be perfect if I get more information on the comparison of a diesel engine and a gas one. No one mentioned to me that I should use diesel only. Otherwise I need to drain the gas tank. It'd be nice to have that kind of information. However, overall it's was a great experience tough. I'd come back for my next Mercedes-Benz. More

Stuck in a difficult lease and over miles. Wanted to drastically reduce payment and get into a more fuel efficient care. Contacted by Regina about trading my car in and she got me over to Alax Livadas drastically reduce payment and get into a more fuel efficient care. Contacted by Regina about trading my car in and she got me over to Alax Livadas team. He and I were able to work throguh all the details and numbers without the salesman games on my terms. He was able to enage additional resource to work on finacing options that went way above and beyond the call of duty. When the fiscal piece was worked out there wasn't an unsold car anywhere in the region. Alex and team stayed up late and found one in the pacific north west, pulled off a trade, arranged transportation, and got the vehicle in so cal within a week. Awesome. When I came to pick up the vehichle we were treated very well and Pon Shen walked us throught learning all about the car and what it advanced features do. He was great to work with. My wife even found out about stuff in her mercedes that she didn't know about after owning the car 1 year later. The overall pickup time was less then 2 hours. Pretty awesome. Thanks Alex and Team! I purchased a 2008 certified pre-owned E350. Did the pricing dance and got an "ok" deal (they still played games to raise the price beyond what they assured me they could do via phone before my 2nd visi pricing dance and got an "ok" deal (they still played games to raise the price beyond what they assured me they could do via phone before my 2nd visit). Anyway, took delivery in the evening after it was dark. Supposedly they were "gassing and waxing" car - that appears untrue since it didn't even have the floor matts in the car when I took delivery. Drove home and the next day found a small "split" in the wood trim around shifter (could not see it at night when I picked it up). It's possible their prep people dropped something on it while getting it ready. I called my sales person - but after the sale, he tended to not return calls or emails. I had to hound him - and he was very non-committal about any ability to help resolve this (sounded quite negative). I had to go in to pick up the floor matts - which were left on the managers desk. When I went in to pick them up, he was rude and was irritated to be bothered. I asked him to look at this wood "split" - and it was like pulling teeth. He did not want to bother getting up from his desk to deal with a customer. His attitude was unbelievably bad. He did end up going out to look and said he didn't think it would be covered under warranty, and he was unwilling to spend a penny on the car. The part - installed - $650. (service later confirmed they would not warranty this). Mercedes gives you this great sounding 7-day program to switch your certified pre-owned car if you aren't happy - and pick another with similar miles. What a complete scam in my opinion. When I asked to do that, I was informed that NONE of the cars they had could be at the same price I had negotiated, they were all much more expensive. So basically if you decide to switch the car, you have ZERO negotiating ability on the price of the replacement car - and you must pay the difference. It is a worthless option since most pre-owned cards end up discounted 10% - 20% from their asking price - and you lose that if you switch the car. But my big complaint is the sales attitude and especially the sales manager. I have left multiple messages with the manager, asked my sales person to have the manager call me - and he simply ignores me. The managers will NOT talk with you - they hide behind the sales person, who in turn says "I'm just a sales guy with no power - sorry". This dealership seems to care nothing about customer retention. They want to sell you something and then you fall off the face of a cliff. I am outraged at their rude behavior and lack of customer service. More
