I had the best experience ever buying a vehicle at Fletcher Jones Mercedes! Mohamed Amrani, Ashley, Tony, Angel and Jonathan were a joy to work with on every level. I rarely feel compelled to write about these things, but the level of service, commitment, courtesy and respect that I was shown made this an amazing and exciting day for me as a drove home in my C63 AMG dream car. Mohamed was my main sales representative and this gentleman made a miracle happen. Not only did they give me a tremendous allowance on my trade-in (my beloved Honda Element SC), but a great price on the AMG. In addition, they managed to get a fair interest rate and a monthly payment that I can live with and is both affordable and reasonable. Once the deal was made, Angel made the paperwork fast and easy with true professionalism and complete disclosure as to all fees, monthly payment, taxes, gap insurance, etc. Not to mention that she is a dream to look at and super nice! Finally, Jonathan Diersing walked me around the car and described its myriad features. He even got bags for me to put my stuff from my trade-in so I could easily transport my personal effects to the new car. He is a class act. A great experience all around and I commend the managers for instilling such a great work ethic and attitude in thie staff that is sorely lacking at most of the retail centers that I visited. The staff at Fletcher Jones made me feel like a VIP from the moment I walked in the showroom door. They literally made my dream of owning a C63 a reality, something I could not have even imagined just 24 hours ago. Again, a special round of kudos to Mohamed Amrani who took the lead on this transaction and literally went the extra mile for me with patience, enthusiasm and total professionalism. More

We spent the last few days running from one dealer to another in LA & the valley, only to be greeted by high-pressure salesmen, find cars that don't start or get low-ball offers on my trade-in. It has not been fun. I gave up on dealers and decided to purchase a car online, which I've done in the past. While searching, I found IT- the perfect car! And it was in Newport Beach! I figured we could drive down the next day and check it out, since it was only about an hour away. When we woke up the next day, my boyfriend asks with excitement what I wanted to do, since it was my birthday. I said I wanted to go to Fletcher Jones to see the car. He wanted to do something fun, but I knew the car was going to go fast. I called to make sure it was still there before heading out. The woman on the phone was very nice and professional, making sure I had proper directions and making an appointment for me with one of the managers on-site. We then headed out to Newport Beach. On arrival, we were shocked at the general bustle at this dealership- there were so many people, so much activity- it was very different from what we had seen in LA the past few days. My heart dropped as I knew the chances of "my" car being there were getting slimmer by the second. David Abassi greeted us right away and walked us into the dealership for our appointment. He was very nice, but after what we had been through the past few days, I was in little mood for small talk with another car salesman. The manager Ron came to greet us and they started the search for "my" car in their inventory. Sure enough, it had just been sold. I was so upset! We left. A few minutes later, I called Ron. Ron and David spoke to me about some other possibilities, but I was not really interested. They were so nice though- really trying to make something work for me (obviously trying to sell a car, but more importantly, trying to keep a customer!) My boyfriend and I went to lunch and were trying to decide if we should go back. I really thought it was going to be a waste of time but we were already down there, so we didn't really have much more to lose. I called David when we were on our way back. He gave his current clients over to someone else so he could help us. He was waiting for me in the driveway when I arrived. I can't say enough good things about David- he is so polite, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time with him! This dealership is not like any of the others we had visited. Everyone is so friendly (and not in a fake way) and David is certainly not a typical car salesman. He and Ron started working on finding me the car I wanted. I looked at the E350, but I had my heart set on a CLK. Just when we were about to give up, they spotted one on their inventory sheet. It sounded perfect! We worked out a fantastic deal on the car & my trade-in plus I got an incredible interest rate through Mercedes- it was pretty unbelievable. I couldn't have been happier. David made the whole experience so pleasant! As we were moving things from my trade-in to my new car, I asked David if he had any cars my boyfriend would like that was in his budget. He named a couple of cars off the top of his head. I asked my boyfriend if he wanted to check them out since we were already there, and we did. We test drove a beautiful one, but it just didn't have enough "pick up" for him. We went back and looked at a few others. Then our eyes spotted "the one"... it was about 25% above my boyfriend's budget, so we were a little bummed. David told us that if we really liked that one, he would do whatever he could to make it work for us- and he did! We are ecstatic! We have TWO certified pre-owned Benzes and our garage has never looked better! It was such a fantastic experience all the way around- I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I will unreservedly recommend David Abassi, Ron & Fletcher Jones to everyone I know!!!!!!! More

Once I was with a salesperson he was considerate and respectful of my needs and what I was looking for in a car. In addition, he went over several options and was patient in test driving a few different cars. The financing department was also very helpful with the service and additional insurance options. Finally, the young man that went over the operations of the car was very thorough and detailed. A great overall experience. More

I am truly amazed! The high level of customer service and quality we received was not expected, but truly appreciated. Both my twin sister and I purchased our cars on the same day (it was our birthday gifts! quality we received was not expected, but truly appreciated. We had just been through a terrible customer service experience at the West Covina Mercedes Benz dealership and we were very 'gun shy'. Long story short, after going through that bad experience I immediately googled something like 'exceptional customer service Mercedes Benz' and Fletcher Jones came up. I made a call to the Fletcher Jones toll free number and somehow I was connected with David Varjoy (Devine Intervention!). David is the most patient, kind hearted man I have ever met...I really mean that. I must have called him a dozen times before we even drove down to the dealership for our first visit. We live over an hour and half away, so I wanted to be certain that David understood our requirements and he had answers (correct answers, I might add) to each and every question I had. David is so knowledgeable and he has a way of letting his obvious years of experience help him put the customer at ease. Once arrived at the dealership, my husband, my sister and I were greeted by David.... and waiting for us were the beautiful, shiny Mercedes Benz cars we had expressed interest in. We were not disappointed! They were exactly as described on the website and by David. My husband (the difficult one in the group :o) ) went over both of those cars. He tried and tried to find something wrong with those cars! He could NOT find even one thing wrong. He is a hard man to impress.... but, he is impressed. He is still talking about our experience and how great it was (which is remarkable, if you knew him). Side story...One day on the phone, David went to both physical cars and verbally talked me through each car's features. Can you believe that? Who does that? That is just unbelievable! Anyhow, David and the rest of the Fletcher Jones team worked hard to ensure our visit was enjoyable and the entire process went smooth and seamless. From the credit application, to the car walkthrough, navigation info, bluetooth phone setup, signing all the papers, etc. etc., we could not have received better treatment. The cars we purchase were preowned (you would never know it) and one might think the service you get may be less than that of a customer who purchases a new car....I can tell you that is absolutely not the case! We felt like a VIP the whole way through and were treated like royalty. I know my feedback is quite long, but I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude...I have been in the Mortgage Servicing industry for over 13 years and I manage the Quality Assurance Scorecard process as it relates to Timeliness, Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction. So, I know a thing or two about the expected results a very large company would like to achieve from their team....I am very confident when I say your entire team (especially David) deserves a 100% Score and Exceeds Expectations!
