I am truly amazed! The high level of customer service and quality we received was not expected, but truly appreciated. Both my twin sister and I purchased our cars on the same day (it was our birthday gifts! quality we received was not expected, but truly appreciated. Both my twin sister and I purchased our cars on the same day (it was our birthday gifts!). We had just been through a terrible customer service experience at the West Covina Mercedes Benz dealership and we were very 'gun shy'. Long story short, after going through that bad experience I immediately googled something like 'exceptional customer service Mercedes Benz' and Fletcher Jones came up. I made a call to the Fletcher Jones toll free number and somehow I was connected with David Varjoy (Devine Intervention!). David is the most patient, kind hearted man I have ever met...I really mean that. I must have called him a dozen times before we even drove down to the dealership for our first visit. We live over an hour and half away, so I wanted to be certain that David understood our requirements and he had answers (correct answers, I might add) to each and every question I had. David is so knowledgeable and he has a way of letting his obvious years of experience help him put the customer at ease. Once arrived at the dealership, my husband, my sister and I were greeted by David.... and waiting for us were the beautiful, shiny Mercedes Benz cars we had expressed interest in. We were not disappointed! They were exactly as described on the website and by David. My husband (the difficult one in the group :o) ) went over both of those cars. He tried and tried to find something wrong with those cars! He could NOT find even one thing wrong. He is a hard man to impress.... but, he is impressed. He is still talking about our experience and how great it was (which is remarkable, if you knew him). Side story...One day on the phone, David went to both physical cars and verbally talked me through each car's features. Can you believe that? Who does that? That is just unbelievable! Anyhow, David and the rest of the Fletcher Jones team worked hard to ensure our visit was enjoyable and the entire process went smooth and seamless. From the credit application, to the car walkthrough, navigation info, bluetooth phone setup, signing all the papers, etc. etc., we could not have received better treatment. The cars we purchase were preowned (you would never know it) and one might think the service you get may be less than that of a customer who purchases a new car....I can tell you that is absolutely not the case! We felt like a VIP the whole way through and were treated like royalty. I know my feedback is quite long, but I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude...I have been in the Mortgage Servicing industry for over 13 years and I manage the Quality Assurance Scorecard process as it relates to Timeliness, Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction. So, I know a thing or two about the expected results a very large company would like to achieve from their team....I am very confident when I say your entire team (especially David) deserves a 100% Score and Exceeds Expectations! Great job and Thank you ALL. P.S. You guys may be close to Disneyland but, I think Fletcher Jones is now the Happiest Place on Earth.... ha ha ha! More

Let me start by saying "professionalism" is where it starts when walking into a business. I'm no Kobe, but they sure do treat you like you are! i mean WOW WE met with Dean Pontikos Right from the start this guy was smiling. He was still smiling as pulled all the cars under the coveroing. We did not get a drop of rain on us. From one car to the next. He was pulled cars up, running around w umbrellas, cofee, water. I Did not realize what These guys do to make a sale. He went above and beyond to make this a really pleasant and fun experience. Especially for my wife and baby. Genuinely impressed. He told us if we have to see 100 cars that day it was not going to be a problem. It only took a few though. His words were. "do you love this car, not like, but love. We said yes. He said then we can definitely get u this car! We want you to love your purchase. We did not buy the first day, 7 month old baby girl getting fussy. Gotta go......No problem he said. I'm thinking there's gotta be something coming. The only thing he told us was If you think you just drove your dream car come back tomorrow. We'll get it for you. All night i kept thinking, I just drove my dream truck today. I wish the payment was lower. We told him what we could afford the next day and we drove home with that exact SUV. Before we left i was shown every technical aspect from Matthew Rhoads. Absolutely took the experience to another level. How do you know everything about a truck,,,,,i don't know but this guy did. I literally don't have to read the 200 page manual now. Thank God for that guy Well the car didn't start out in our price range, but it did when we left there. Very happy! We were so stoked. It's easy to see why you are the largest M-B dealership around. When I was approached about getting out of my current lease early and into the car of my dreams, I accepted and told the James Sullivan team that a wanted a new Bluetec Diesel, Silver color with the keyless go feature. They found my dream car, with only 4 in the USA, they made a deal for one on the east coast and had it delivered within 2 weeks. Mike was extremely professional. He was not pushy but did a fine job putting the deal together.
