I then visited the FJMB to test drive one car with Chris Brown however left for a Angels game Sat nite. On Sunday my son & I arrived at NB Lexus at the appointed time only to get another rookie for rep was "busy". I was insulted my son encouraged me to find a car with more value for the same money I budgeted at FJMB. My son asked for Ihab Eldumiate who met us immediately for Ihab sold my son his car. Sales person knew nothing about the car. Made false promises. We also referred a friend who bought a E350 but they never sent us the $500 referral as stated on their website. We had to use the internet to find out how to program the garage opener. More
