We were actually going to another dealership that day (we had been to a couple in the last few weeks) but we stopped at Fletcher Jones on the way because I love my SLK230 and was having a hard time switching had been to a couple in the last few weeks) but we stopped at Fletcher Jones on the way because I love my SLK230 and was having a hard time switching to a Lexus or Infiniti. We thought... let's go in and see if a newer model would be what I was looking for. From the moment we entered the street to turn in we were met with excellence and kindness. The valet was helpful and then the salesman David greeted us with a big smile and relaxed personality. He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and helped me find one I liked. The best part was it was a fabulous price! Everyone was friendly and you can see they all take pride in what they do. What a wonderful experience and I love my car!!!!! More

This was by far the best experience that my husband and I have ever had a with any dealership. This is the first time that we have ever leased a vehicle. Mike Mc Mullen was exceptional in explaining every detail to us. He is very organized and his assistant Jonathan Diersing is just as wonderful. They make a wonderful team and are deffinetly an asset to Fletcher Jones Motorcars of New Port Beach. Mike organized our whole experience and he had his assistant take us out for our test drive on all three vehicles. Mike knew exactly what I was looking for just by our phone conversation. Let me tell you this man listens to everything you say and he sure knows how to deliver the goods. Jonathan was a wonderful pleasure to work with. Very Kind, Mr. personality!!! If I didn't know any better I would have thought that Jonathan had worked there for a very long time. He helped us with our Bluetooth system....he set all our stations for us. He helped me to work my Navigation. He also helped with a few other questions that we had about lights and air. Just a beautiful experience. Then we returned a week later and had our rims cromed and placed on our vehicle. Jim in the service department was also very nice and Jonathan again came down and showed us around the the boutique where I purchased the bolts for my rims and my frames for my license plate. Again, Jonathan was wonderful, very helpful and never made us feel like we were taking to much of his time up. Stephanie was wonderful setting up my appointment for the rims to be placed on my car. My first experience at a Mercedes Benz dealership started at Buena Park's House of Imports @ 8:00 PM. I was greeted by a sales person, but was not given much attention, besides it was close to closing time!. at Buena Park's House of Imports @ 8:00 PM. I was even told that the C300 Sports sedans where on the other side of the building, he gave me his card and left me on my own. Still looking at the cars no one came to offer any help, Sure is nice to be left alone. I left and went home to ponder if I was still interested in the Audi A4, which I had seen the inside at another dealership and was strongly considering. About an hour later I made on on-line quote request to the Fletcher Jones Motorcars dealership, and received a return call in about 1 minute, which I ignored... then receive emails from Eric Rosenthal. I responded to one with the options that I was interested in. The reply came back that they had a number of cars that matched my build. Interested, I went to your dealership, which is quite more impressive than the House of Imports, and asked for Eric Rosenthal. I was greeted by someone I cannot remember, but who eventually brought me to Tommy Tran. You guys did your homework, because he had all the options that I had sent to Eric and had the car that I wanted plus the iPod interface, not that I asked for that. Then Anna Ko took me to the vehicle for a test drive. Anna was Very, Very helpful in explaining the C300 Sport features to me and the test drive actually made my decision to buy the C300 over the Audi A4. I then was ready to talk to Tommy again. I told Tommy what I thought was a fair deal for the C300 plus my trade-in Infiniti G35. The next thing, Tommy is telling me to pack my belongings from my G35 and put it in the trunk. I said wait, is this a done deal, because I have not seen a counter offer.... he said "Yes, it's a deal". Now I'm in Finance signing papers... done really quick and I am driving home in a new C300 Sport. After all of this, I receive an email from Eric Rosenthal thanking me on choosing Fletcher Jones Motorcars. I would like to especially thank Anna Ko and Tommy Tran for making my first Mercedes Benz purchase what it has been............. AWESOME! More

What it was supposed to be a memorable pleasant experience,turned out to be a nightmare..that is still not resolved.I went in to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealer with the thought of purchasing experience,turned out to be a nightmare..that is still not resolved.I went in to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz dealer with the thought of purchasing my dream car.After looking at a 2008 E350 class mercedes i thought that was the car i wanted however i wasn't sure about it(the interior color was not what i wanted).After being pressured,manipulated,pushed into purchasing that particular car..since what i wanted was not available, i drove off with the car.My salesperson has totally manipulated me saying " take the car home , this is what you want,just take it home" and this was after i have told her about20,30,times that i'm not sure about the interior color being so dark. I felt like i was not given a choice,and my choice didn't matter! Not once did DENNISE said to me go home,think about it and you're welcome back to make your own desicion and i felt that that was just a car she wanted to get rid of.Next day i returned the car after not being able to sleep all night,just so I can be told that my $5000 deposit was gone.Up until this day nothing was put on paper,black on white where the deposit went.I was briefly just verbally told that i wasn't going to get anything back,that some of the money went to the profit of the salesperson and some to the Dmv dept.Again nothing on paper!!! Very unprofesional way of doing business,considering that you advertise as being #1 in the nation.The attitude of the salesperson change totally towards me comparing with the first time i walked in at the dealer.I ended up purchasing a new 2010 C300 class since the color was i wanted.Sad to say it that i have not being able to enjoy my new car, showing it off to all my friends and family since all they heard about was my horrible experience.This unresolved situation had caused me a tremendous amount of stress,loss of sleep,anxiety,and unhappiness when again...i waited a long time to be able to achieve my dream about owning my dream car since childhood.A negative experience, a nightmare to be told.... This is my second time at Fletcher Jones and they never disappoint. I called Vic Goldstein, who leased me my first Mercedes Benz. For the duration of the lease the service aspect was great. I called Vic when I was ready to look again and he did some of the leg work for me before I even stepped on the lot. I put them through some hoops to get me the right Mercedes at the right deal, within my budget, and they did what was necessary to get me into a new car with both the dealer and the buyer happy.
