My wife and I went into Fletcher Jones with the intent of simply extending the lease on our 2008 Mercedes E350. I find him to be very knowledgeable about the product. He is extremely personable and explains things in a clear and understandable manner. Mike did a great job with this sale. He's a very easy going, "non sales" kind of guy and that made the purchase process go very well. The paperwork part wasn't to bad and didn't have to wait that long which was nice as well. Only minor issue was parking when I drove in. It was a busy saturday and there wasn't really anywhere to park my car as I had to move it twice. Eventually setteling on the far north end of the lot. Overall a great expereince and I enjoyed dealing with Mike McMullen. Will send anyone I know his way for a possible purchase. Thanks Jim Mcnally More

I explained my situation via email to Fletcher Jones staff and they (Fletcher Jones) stepped in and assured me I would not experience anything less than outstanding service at their dealership. And indeed, that is what I received. I received exceptional service from time I arrived, until the time I left. The service far exceeds your wildest imagination. The caliber, quality, and friendliness of the sales people made this visit off the charts!!! Before I got inside the office, at least four sales associates asked me had I been helped......Wow!!!! Kudos!!!! James Sullivan assured me that I would have a pleasant experience, and he delivered just that. Awesome job!!!!! More
