Ive been bringing my cars here for servicing for roughly 13 years. And for the first time I can pleasantly say that the customer service was above par at the rental car department. Joon Lee did not respond to my text and email requests for the Bill of Lading along with a missing air balance atomizer (still missing and still no responses).
