I had an appointment for routine service. I pulled up and my Advisor Chad was at my car within a minute. I had my loaner car within ten minutes. My car was returned in reasonable time and very clean. Engine probably bless with my 2023.GL The engine on my 2013.MB had Major of issues. That surprised and disappointed me. We don't run our cars hard and the 2013 only has 48,000 miles on it. Thank God for the extended warranty I purchased. You fix the car in a bit under a week and , fIngres crossed, so far so good. Your service staff was attentive and clear about what was wrong with the car. No one could tell me exactly why the cylinder head went bad so let's hope it doesn't happen again. Rob did a fine job as my service coordinator. More

Ask for Mike Asher as your Service Advisor A most pleasant surprise! I had to take my new Mercedes, which I purchased at Fletcher Jones Motorcars in November, in for service. I had a few ques A most pleasant surprise! I had to take my new Mercedes, which I purchased at Fletcher Jones Motorcars in November, in for service. I had a few questions and issues. I pulled up at 10:00am on Thursday. There had to be at least 15 cars waiting in four separate lines. I have never witnessed such efficiency and magnificent service! I was there less than one minute when a gentleman walked up to my car and asked if I had been helped. I gave him the name of my service advisor, Mike Asher. He immediately put a card with Mike Asher's name on my windshield. At least three more times a gentleman walked up and asked if I was being helped. Not more than four or five minutes later, Mike Asher walked up to me with a huge smile on his face and asked how he could help me. I pulled out my phone with several questions. I knew some questions were just because the car is new to me and I just didn't know how to make the changes in driving options. Mike was so polite. He got into the car with me right there in the service line and showed me how to make the changes. Never did he act condescending. As a matter of fact, just the opposite. He listened to what my concerns were. He then offered a loaner car while service took care of replacing my driver's side fold in mirror, which wasn't folding in. He took me into his office where never once did he make me feel rushed. As a matter of fact, Mike Asher, had the ability to make me feel as though I was his ONLY customer. He explained everything thoroughly. He called when my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, Mike Asher, asked me if I had any other concerns before I picked up my car to drive home. I would recommend Mike Asher as a service advisor for any Mercedes Benz service needed. Thank you, Mike Asher! I'll be back for all my service! More

UNPROFESSIONAL, LYING PROFESSIONALS!! If there was a negative rating I would give them minus 5 stars. I can't believe a top German car maker like Mercedes employs unprofessional people. Horrible, horrible treatment and customer service!! I called in Dec asking about leasing prices coz I was interested in getting a new car. I got an appointment there, then by the time I arrived I was supposed to meet with sales manager Fred Fazli. Once I arrived a sales consultant, Philip Huyn; the most rude and arrogant salesperson I ever met in my life; snatched me before I got to see his manager, he saw an opportunity.. He was nice at first, then he pulled my credit and decided that I got denied (when I didn't), then tried to get rid of me and said I needed to leave and comeback in another day, get them more documentation and that he needed to get me an exception to get approved but he will not be able to make the call (which he didn't mention before pulling my credit). He didn't want to put any effort, got his credit pull to his December numbers and thought its better to find another client when I wasn't even supposed to see him in the first place. We asked for his manager right away, and finally met Fred Fazli who apologized for that guy's unprofessional actions and attitude and tried to help but he then even made a bigger lie, he said I didn't get denied and that they just needed more documents to get me approved, I told him that won't be a problem and he gave me his business card to follow up. I tried to contact him and call him back later on that month, leaving voicemail so I would complete my application but he NEVER got back to me, until I got my credit denial letter in the mail. I went to Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch, who got me approved and gave me a great deal later on, they are 100 times more professional. I would NOT recommend anyone I know to ever think about dealing with Fletcher Jones, unless they get rid of people that don't know how treat each client in the same professional manner. They give a top brand like Mercedes the worst image possible. More
