Full of lies and misrepresentations I was shuffled between four salespeople, when one like Christine would have been best. My primary contact John was a slimy used car salesman who lied, I was shuffled between four salespeople, when one like Christine would have been best. My primary contact John was a slimy used car salesman who lied, misrepresented, made up excuses, was rude to his co-workers, and was very inaccurate. FJ obviously is the big dog, but they feel like a factory farm in churning out deals that always start with "Well, with the arrival our new General Manager, our Internet pricing only allows us to discount our cars $250" and end with "There's no way we'd ever do another deal like that". Unfortunately, most people fall for that BS and don't spend four hours saying no dozens of times until arriving at a fair number. And they don't offer free snacks during this ordeal like almost every MB dealer. :-) They promised to fix four issues prior to shipping my car to me, but when I received it three of them still had the exact same issue, which my local dealer fixed. More

Love FJ--not happy with MB MB is using run-flats as the standard equipment on many of their cars.
