Terrible Customer experience. They sold me a defective "Certified" car. I just have the car for one month and took it to the dealership for repair twice!!! I Bought a 2020 G wago They sold me a defective "Certified" car. I just have the car for one month and took it to the dealership for repair twice!!! I Bought a 2020 G wagon from Fletcher Jones Mercedes at Newport Beach California about a month ago (in September 25 2023). I paid about $145K ($138.5K price of the car plus other costs!). Before I purchase this car I found another certified G-wagon with the same year and milage at another Mercedes dealership selling for $129K.. 10K cheaper! I tried to negotiate the price so I asked Jamel (the sales person at Fetcher Jones Mercedes) why their car is 10K more expensive? Jame (the sales person) responded that they sell good quality car, he said it's certified, and I pay for the quality. Guess what! after two weeks of purchasing my car (in mid October 2023) it's engine light went on, so I took the car to the dealership. They just reset the system, and told me that nothing is wrong! I was driving 3 night ago (in October 31 2023) and the engine light went on again!! I emailed the sales people Jamel, Ray, and their manager Kamran, but they just ignored me. Today is November 4th, and they haven't responded yet!! I took the car to the dealership again, this time I insisted to do a proper diagnosis, so they did. Surprisingly, this time they said something is wrong with the cooling system, so they kept the car to fix it! I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the car and the sales personnel behavior at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Newport Beach. They certified a defective car and sold it to me me at a premium price. The worst ting is that they don't even bother to respond to my email.. This is not a good customer experience, and I do not recommend them at all. Certified cars mean nothing at this dealership. Do not pay extra for just a piece of paper that says certified!! More
