Joanna Companioni is Amazing, Knowledgeable, and Fast! I have been working with Joanna as my service advisor for awhile now and I have to say it is refreshing to have a female service advisor. I never realized the difference it makes, she is super friendly, knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and has excellent Typing skills! After purchasing over 20 cars in my life and dealing with men who take forever inputting data, I never knew how much time was wasted that I can never get back. Also, Joanna knows I am demanding when it comes to my vehicle and I like my skid plates taped up to avoid any potential scratches and she always accommodates. I think all the service advisers should be female now or at least everyone working behind those desks should be required to input data at least 50 WPM. Thank you again Joanna. More

Randy Lemus was our service advisor for the first time though he has been there 20 years and he was exceptional. He greeted my wife and me quicker than any past advisor and took care of the paperwork while answering a couple of questions. He made sure we knew where the loaner car pickup was and we were on our way within 15 minutes of our arrival. Later Randy called to tell us the technician found an issue covered under the vehicle warranty that the team would take care of and we were notified when the car was ready. We returned the loaner car and ours was already washed and ready for us as soon as we paid our bill. More
