My most recent service experience was great from the start, from quick check in to the pick up of loaner car to the pick up of my car when the service was complete. Ray is exceptional at explaining why I need tires or brakes and when I do not. Together with the "master" salesman, Daniel Di Conti, who is the best at helping me to select the best Mercedes every 3 to 4 years, Ray is the only reason that I continue to lease the high end Mercedes Benz cars. Without them, I would most likely be buying a much expensive vehicle such as a Lincoln Continental or a Cadillac. Cheers to Ray and I have to add Daniel. The reason for my visit was related to a car accident and an insurance claim, so things were somewhat complicated as many parties were involved. Katelyn was great... professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and needs, she provided excellent follow up, and helped me through this, for me, stressful experience.
