Charlotte was fantastic. We had a little back in forth with our negotiations which was expected but all throughout the process I never felt like all my previous miserable car buying experiences. I just bought a brand new C250 from Mercedes Benz in Fremont today. Mr. Tom Hamid, the sale man, help me through the whole process and he made it into a nice experience.They really worked with me and co Fremont today. I really recommend this guys because they didn't just wanted me to buy the car but to make me feel comfortable with the payments as well. Mr. Hamid and his sales manager Mr. Mike Ramish were very professionals sales men. They kept saying "we are a family" and "we'll take care of you", and they were right. They did make me feel special. My very first Mercedes [ :) ] and by far the best customer service experience. As soon as we arrived, despite our young appearance, George was respectful and treated us like any other client. He greeted us and allowed us to look, test drive and dream at our own pace. Since the SLK is only a two-seater, George offered to take both myself and my boyfriend to test drive separately. Now, realistically, anyone can want a luxury car but can we really afford it? Where the 'magic' happened and the most memorable part of the experience was when George and Mike worked with you to make it happen. This was not the expected 'pressure the client to purchase a vehicle' but rather to build a strong relationship, trust and understanding what they can do to meet our financial means. Excluding the actual details, we probably went back and forth more than 10 times but George and Mike did not give up nor did they give us the 'stink eye'. They spent 7 hours working with our budget, allowing us to take the car to grab lunch and give us more than enough time to think - i've never heard of a dealership that would invest in that much time and effort in what can potentially be for nothing. Up until getting the keys to my brand new Mercedes, George, Mike and Aslam worked it. Did I mention that our initial intentions was a quick test drive before grabbing lunch? Without a doubt I will recommend to all my co-workers, friends and family who is in search for a vehicle to stop by Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont- Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer. More

We stop by this dealership just to check out the new C250 that they had. Tito Talampas walk us through everything that we need to know about the car, patiently gave us options that we want without any pressu that they had. With the kind of hospitality that we received we feel like its the right place for us to buy a car. I believe that every car in the market out there were really good but sometimes what makes the difference is how people treat you and understand your position- thats how i felt with Tito. What is so amazing was after buying a car, he still keeps in touch making sure that everything is fine with the new car. So far, everything that he promised during the buying process were all done. For a beginner like me it is so important that someone will guide me on what to do. Thank you Tito for your help, i have no regrets working with you. I just recently leased a 2013 C250 from Fletcher Jones and this is very simply due to Marvin Ledesma. I inquired about a new C class on line and received several responses back from 5 different dealers in the bay area. It was Marvin's enthusiasm, expertise, friendlyness, persistants and knowledge that lead me to Fremont. We exchanged many emails and phone calls before I made my decision to travel out of the area to meet Marvin. I was even more impressed with him in person as I was with our communications apart. Not often, in my experiences, does a sales person commit to a arrangement without a personal introduction but Marvin did just that. He delivered above and beyond my expectations.
