No this issue is not resolved. I don't know where you get your information but Keith is doing nothing about my tires. Pat never offered me an alignment check while I was in the store Sept 7. I since have contacted Bridgestone and since Fletcher has labeled it an alignment issue per Pat, Bridgestone told me today that Fletcher is responsible for not notifying me of unusual wear and that they should have done alignment way back when I had them rotate tires. In a statement to the Better business Bureau Keith said that my tread measurement had not changed from Jan 2011 through Sept 7 2012 at 7-7-5/32nd tread. He is lying. I have no respect for him. At least Pat and Steve don't try to lie to me. I'm so fed up with Fletcher representatives and I plan to spread the word of my many problems with this store in as many ways that I can to alert other folks of tires and Fletcher Nissan and their unwillingness to help me.
