He did this without being overbearing and without pressure. It was this absence of the typical "car-salesperson pressure" that convinced me to return after my initial visit. Mr. Pezza worked around my schedule to process the loan papers, his explanations of the financing and the possible extended warranties were clear and effective, again without undue pressure. Overall it was a stress-free experience, not at all what I had expected based on previous experiences at other dealerships. More
Contacted Michelle on 11/25/11 as the Internet salesperson regarding a specific 2011 Ranger in stock and asked for a quote. Following my phone call to her on 11/28/11, she set up an appointment with Ken Wylie (sales rep) later that morning. Upon arrival at Flood Ford, Michelle introduced me to Ken and within an hour, the sale was made. Within the next hour, financing was arranged with Dan Kolenda. Intent was to pick up new Ranger the next day, 11/29/11 which was ready upon arrival. After the plates were transferred, and a walk-through of the vehicle, I was on my way in less then an hour. What a pleasure dealing with these 3 individual as each is competent and personable. This was the fastest vehicle sale I have ever experienced; less than 3 hours over 3 days (e-mails on one and dealer visits on two). Of the new vehicles I have purchased and dealers contacted over the years, these three Flood Ford folks stand out from the rest. More
Salesperson Laura Lariviere was extremely helpful, accommodating, and informative throughout the whole process of making this Purchase. In fact, she has continued to follow up via Phone as well as Em accommodating, and informative throughout the whole process of making this Purchase. What I appreciated most, was her way of making me feel at ease, and the thought of a High Pressure Salesperson was no where in sight. It is not everyday that I spend close to 30 Thousand Dollars, and this, she understood. She was Honest in her opinions, that were requested, and not given unsolicited. Before going to FLOOD, I was advised, by a former customer, to 'Look Up' Laura, and for that I am Grateful. I was made feel Welcomed, as she introduced me to all the personnel that I came in contact with. She is a valuable asset to The FLOOD FORD FAMILY, and I for one, am GLAD that it was she who directed me through this. Everyone encountered displayed professionalism, and down to earth manner of doing business....from my multiple correspondences with Laurie Pelletier, on the computer, who SHOULD have been driven out of her mind, by my numerous inquiries via emails for weeks prior to my visit...she was always polite, and tireless, with her Search to help me find the right vehicle for my Budget. To Laura, who guided the Purchase, and to Joe, with his easy way of explaining the Financials....they are certainly a Team to be recon with. More
John and Dan were both concientious and not pushy. John was very patient as we took the time to check out the Focus and Fusion features and test drives. He was knowledgable and answered all our questions about features as we tried to decide the specific model and accesories that we wanted. Price negotiation with him was straight forward. He stayed late one evening when we were later arriving for our appt than we planned. After the purchase he took adequate time to explain all features, we didn't feel rushed. Although we did not spend as much time with Dan he was professional and thorough the registration transfer was handled quickly and we were able to take delivery quickly. We also got a quick response and followup from internet support both emails and phone, unfortunately we can't recall the name (she sits in next cubicle to John). More
