I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from Flood Ford. I paid $25K for the vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. When I've returned the car for service I've experienced the $25K for the vehicle and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. When I've returned the car for service I've experienced the worst customer service in my life. The secretaries who answer the phone are rude, they transfer you to voicemail without explanation, and they have actually hung up on me. The service department will not fix your car correctly unless you argue with them for hours. Service will explain that your car will be ready in one day and then won't fix the car for several days (if at all). I've dropped my car off 3 times and have had to pick it up before the problems were corrected since we can't be without a car for several days at a time, only to have to bring it back at a later date and leave it there for several more days. This car dealership, especially the service department, is awful. Flood has a good rating on this website undoubtedly because they have doctored the results. Once they have your money they could care less about you. From past experience, Honda and Toyota dealerships are head and shoulders about Flood. I regret dealing with Flood, am extremely frustrated, and feel like my family has been wronged. More
I spoke to Eric in service after dealing with Select car and Truck on Post Road Warwick that person was Josh. They took 203.81 for a rental I never got. I got run around with Josh. I then turned to Eric in and Truck on Post Road Warwick that person was Josh. They took 203.81 for a rental I never got. I got run around with Josh. I then turned to Eric in Service at Flood Ford. I believed he would fix this as it originated there. He went back and forth with numerous calls to Select . This went on for 21 days with many empty promises from that company, he never gave up and was at the point of writing a check to me to make me whole. This ended up not being needed as of this morning it was returned to me in my account.I want to personally thank him and I am sure he grew tired of my daily calls and my personal challenge to his customer service. He was a credit to Flood Ford. More
I went in for a metalic sound eminating from the back of my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rea my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rear due to the pads warping and scratching the rotors, and the calipers in the right rear were not functioning at all and needed replaced. All of this work totaled over 850.00 as the service rep gladly explained to me. I just had a safety inspection 1200 miles earlier and was not told that my brake pads were low and needed replacing. In fact I was told that everything was running smoothly! I promptly left and consulted a friend who said that he would help me change the pads and the rotors. I pulled the rear pads and had 25% left with no metal to metal contact. I pulled the front and had only 25% wear, 75% left on the pad. I replaced all the pads, left the rotors because they looked fine with no large gouges. After puting everything together I tested the "bad" caliper with good results. Do not trust what you are told from this service center, get another opinion if not several before you pay for service you need, not what you are forced to get! More
My 10 year old car was totalled in an accident, and I was in the market for a new small to midsize car. Even though I was determined to buy that day, Mike Lancia did not make me feel rushed to committ on th in the market for a new small to midsize car. Even though I was determined to buy that day, Mike Lancia did not make me feel rushed to committ on that day, or try to sell me a higher priced car or any options I did not need. We received a great deal on a 2011 Ford Focus. Before we took delivery, Mike went out of his way to set up synch and answered any questions we had. Unlike a previous car shopping experience, I had a very pleasant time at Flood Ford. Even the financing people weren't pushy and took no for an answer the first time when I declined the extended warranty. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to friends and family! More
Worst dealership experience of my life. The service department will screw you over horribly and take weeks to months to fix your vehicle, with horrible mechanic work. The sales deparment are friendly, department will screw you over horribly and take weeks to months to fix your vehicle, with horrible mechanic work. The sales deparment are friendly, but their prices are horribly over priced and they rarely will budge. I recommend to go to Paul Bailey or Valenti Ford. Flood Ford is not worth the headache. More
I scheduled my F-150 for service for a recall. When I brought the truck in to their shop, I also asked that they perform a state inspection. I received numerous calls throughout the day informing me that brought the truck in to their shop, I also asked that they perform a state inspection. I received numerous calls throughout the day informing me that there were numerous problems with my vehicle costing hundreds of dollars in order to pass inspection, When I went to the dealership to retrieve the vehicle, I was informed that the part for the recall was on back order and was not available. I was also informed that they knew that when I dropped off the truck and in fact knew it a week before. The dealer did not think it was necessary to inform me of that fact, even though the recall was the specific reason that I brought in the truck for service. Nor did they inform me that the recall part was not in during the numerous calls during the day to inform me that they had to replace other parts on the truck in order to pass inspection. I don't have a problem with the fact that the dealer did not have the part to fix the recall as they have no control over that, however, I think it is unethical to allow me to spend hundreds of dallars to fix a truck and not inform me that they were unable to perform the original work that the truck was scheduled for. That was back in May. I have placed several calls to the dealership and have not received any return calls and the recall is still not fixed. More

Flood Ford is the best dealership around. I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Flood. I dealt with Ken Wylie, who is the best of the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I walked the lot an purchased my 4th vehicle from Flood. I dealt with Ken Wylie, who is the best of the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I walked the lot and decided on a 2011 Fusion. Ken quickly worked out an excellent price on a lease and gave me a great price on my trade-in. Ken was very professional and is truly a sincere gentlemen. I would definitely buy from Ken Wylie again. As long as I'm in the market for a car I will only buy from Flood Ford. Flood truly cares about it's customers. From their great prices and sales to their service department being open to Midnight! I don't see that at any other dealers in the area. I highly recommend Flood Ford. Thanks again, More
Flood had a large inventory of 2011 Explorers in stock and ordered. They knew many competitors did not and still gave me the best deal.I'm a difficult sell because I do lots of research, have patience, hav and ordered. They knew many competitors did not and still gave me the best deal.I'm a difficult sell because I do lots of research, have patience, have many other vehicles to use plus travel in an extensive area so I can choose to buy from a large number of Ford dealers in the New England Area. Flood identified my buying style saved me time and sold me the vehicle for a great price on a new vehicle model that they can't keep well stocked. Everyone I have encountered at the dealership were very professional and always willing to assist in anyway the could. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime being personal or business and it was a great experience and I highly recommend Flood Ford. More
Normally buying a new car is a pain, dealing with the dealer and going through all the normal motions. Flood ford changed my view on that. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. dealer and going through all the normal motions. Flood ford changed my view on that. From the time I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. Everyone was easy to deal with and I did not feel like I was being jerked around. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking into, I didn't feel rushed, they were very courteous and just all around great experience. I would recommend them highly for buying a new car. More
