I have been leasing from Flood Ford for many years and specifically from John DeRobbio. I return to Flood, even though there is another Ford dealer closer to my home, because I am certain I have gotten g specifically from John DeRobbio. I don't usually like to deal with car salesmen but Ken Wylie is an exception. He is very knowledgable about the vehicles that he sells and always remembers your name when you go in there. I came from Massachusetts because the dealer was so amazing in keeping in touch and getting information to me when I first called. I bought my Ford 500 from Joe at the other dealership and went back to see Joe at the East Greenwich store. Was looking for a car and was in and out in no time. The sales person was pleasant and knowledgeable--patient too. The Escape price was what I was prepared to pay and my trade-in more than I hoped. Within a couple of hours of calling for an oil change, my truck was in and being taken care of. I casually mentioned to the Service Writer that I noticed a number on my keypad seemed to have burnt out. He truck was in and being taken care of. He said he'd see if he could get an authorization for repair (my truck is still under warranty) and within minutes, he came out to see me, told me it was approved and they'd install the new one tonight. I was not expecting something like that. They saved me a trip back for something that was taken care of in a short amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. It was the fastest oil change/small repair I have ever experienced. More
