I am very picky, ask a lot of questions and require a salesman that is very patient. That is exactly what I got out of Charlie at flood ford. he never let on that i was driving him crazy or wasting his t salesman that is very patient. The most common thing I have seen with salesmen is how pushy and arrogant they are and how they love to talk down to women. The worst is, is when you are telling them what you want or your concerns and not only do they not listen, they try to tell you what is "good" for you. I did not experience any of this when I went to flood ford and worked with Charlie. The place was spotless, everyone curtious, and everyone greeted me with a smile. Cody was very patient with my questions as well and extremely informative. Both men were very personable and made me feel welcome not just because they were making a sale but because they are genuinely nice people which was easy to tell. I went Flood Mazda because I was interested in one of their 'older' used cars (an '07 trade in). From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly I found the place to be clean and neat and everyone was helpful. I met with him on a Friday night and and we did the paper work and he told me that he would call me on Saturday and to his word at 9:15 am he called me with great news. I went down and finished the paper work and that was that. After which I worked with Stefan in the finance dept. and he was equally as friendly and helpful. The finance paper work took about 20 minutes and it was all explained to me very easy very nice. When my new Mazda 3 was given to me it had been cleaned and a full tank of gas. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to Everyone and Anyone. This is a Great dealership! When I am ready to get another car I will MOST DEFINITELY come back here. More

Earlier that day, I had received a call from Charlie, telling me that the Mazda MX5 I had looked at and driven had a reduced price. I told him that I'd be there and left after about an hour.
