The salesman was Aaron and he was patient and quiet, just the opposite of our experience with salesmen at other dealerships. He did not try to upsell us and went out of his way to make our experience as smooth and easy as possible. The used car manager was Anthony Mack, another man who was easy to deal with and fair in his dealing. Aaron also made sure that the car was in superior shape when we picked it up. Even though the car has 12,770 miles on it, it looked positively brand new. So it was just the best experience possible when buying a car. More

Two good guys! Very easy to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable. Wanted to buy locally for convenience and so that I would be bringing the Prius back to the deal Very easy to deal with, very friendly, knowledgeable. Wanted to buy locally for convenience and so that I would be bringing the Prius back to the dealer for service where I purchased it. I do feel that the dealer could have given a lower price based on prices from out of town dealers. The overall rating would have been 5 stars had the price been a little lower. More

Service times based on year and mileage not queue I've been a Florence Toyota customer for years, not that it matters much when it comes to customer loyalty. First of all I will say if you are rich, I've been a Florence Toyota customer for years, not that it matters much when it comes to customer loyalty. First of all I will say if you are rich, have a new Toyota, or know someone in the service department, you can ignore this. They queue your vehicle in oil change service line based on year of car and mileage, not the hour you arrive. Enough said really. Basically if your car is new you are good to go. They'll skip the wait for you and move you to front. If you are like me with an 06 model, don't come to Toyota for service. They average about four hours on older cars if they bother to service it without your constantly reminding them about the cars that keep jumping you in line. I asked about it, and I was told it is because they were newer. Wow, like I needed a reminder that I can't afford a $25000 corolla. More

I am currently looking to purchase a new vehicle and was very disappointed in how unprofessional this dealership has become. The salesmen appearance was terrible. (Wool hats in 80 degree weather, hoodies, and flip flops). I feel if my first impression of this dealership was this, I can't imagine what any post sales repairs would be like. There has been a change in management and it hasn't improved at all. I will go back to giving my business to Toyota in Sumter... More
New owners must be terrible. 10/7/15 I chatted online yesterday with the Internet sales manager Averie Chambers about a 2013 Toyota Tacoma listed on line for $11,894. I asked her what it I chatted online yesterday with the Internet sales manager Averie Chambers about a 2013 Toyota Tacoma listed on line for $11,894. I asked her what it would cost to install a towing package on the truck. She replied that it would cost about $860 and that it would include all the wiring and labor costs. Then I told her that I was a cash buyer, and I asked her to give me a cash prize including tax tax handling etc. to which he replied that I could buy the truck for $19,690 out of the door. Then I asked her if the $11,894 was a mistake to which I never got a reply. I called her today to ask her about the truck, once I introduced myself to her she hung up on me. If that is the way the new owners do business I know I will never buy a vehicle from them. More
