We recently purchased a Pre-owned “ToyotaCertified” 2024 Tacoma from Florence Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle, we noticed the tire pressure light was on. We said something about it and we were told t Tacoma from Florence Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle, we noticed the tire pressure light was on. We said something about it and we were told that it had just been serviced and that the light would most likely go off as we drove it home…it just needed some time. When we got home the tire pressure in one tire was down to 21 lbs. We found out it had a plug in it that had not been inserted well. When we paid to have it replugged, we were told it was a fairly large hole and the new plug may not hold. We have called the dealership repeatedly to try and resolve this issue and have gotten nothing but excuses. It is insane that you can spend almost $50k on a vehicle here and they are unwilling to replace one tire to do right by their customer. Additionally, the vehicle did not have an owners manual. We also have had to pester the salesman for weeks to get that mailed to us. So many excuses, absolutely poor customer service and an absolute failure of management. Buyers beware of this dealership. Let me start off busting in the dealership itself. I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. My skid plate on my 2026 tundra came off after a service wit I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. My skid plate on my 2026 tundra came off after a service with you guys. It took almost 3 months for the item to come in. After numerous follow ups, no one ever contacted me about the status of the item finally, after I made one last call the item was installed today I would recommend to put in place a system to track parts, waiting for customers men in contact a customer to schedule an appointment to have the items installed. thank you in advance for your attention to this important matter. James Young was awesome to work with. He was very personable, polite & to the point with his service suggestions as well as with the issues for which I brought my RAV4 in. They took care of my recall issue, oil change & tire rotation (a special running at the time) & an engine issue. Several other suggestions were made to do at a later time. He was just so nice & personable, answered all of my questions & made me feel comfortable in a usually uncomfortable situation....especially being a female in the "service world." I found a 2024 Tacoma online at Florence Toyota set up a test drive for a Saturday morning. They were ready to go when I got there. We worked out a deal and I purchased the vehicle that same day. I went to Florence Toyota to see if I could get a "recall" taken care of. I did not have an appointment but they said if the needed part was in stock, they could take care of it but it would take 1 "recall" taken care of. I did not have an appointment but they said if the needed part was in stock, they could take care of it but it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete it. After finding out that they DID have the parts needed, my husband and I waited for 3 HOURS then they came to us to tell us they did not have the parts!!! After 3 hours!!! We made an appointment for the next week and I returned, was taken care of as expected. I wasn't angry at our first visit for this, just very frustrated that it took someone 3 hours to inform us that the parts were not there, after being told they were. Do better, Toyota!! More

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Overall experience was typical for a car dealership. I interfaced with 3 departments, Sales, Parts and Service, to get the truck as I wanted it.
