At first I thought I would have had to go to another dealership but, Mr Terrell Small was EXCELLENT and, expressed a very postive attitude knowing that 99% of the time his customers credit would be appr dealership but, Mr Terrell Small was EXCELLENT and, expressed a very postive attitude knowing that 99% of the time his customers credit would be approved whether purchasing a new/used vehicle. Job well done! Mr Small. His Customer service deserves recognition! I do rate the Service Dept with a low rating due to the fact any used vehicle should be checked THOROUGHLY so that the customer would not have to keep returning for something minor that could have already been taken care of before driving off the lot ....an oil pan gasket leak is nothing to take lightly. This dealership was wonderful to work with. First of all, they were completely honest with what they could do for us which is much appreciated. Leland made sure we got the car we wanted and Marie went the extra mile until she found a bank that would finance us. We went in hoping to get a decent used vehicle and came out with a brand new vehicle.
