We went in to have our 2007 Camry Hybrid serviced and took a look at the new cars on the lot. Salesman Troy McGarrie a 1st class slimeball. Sold me a car without floormats and promised to overnight them. Lied repeatedly to me about having sent them. The service department sells you things you don't need. Prices are high. The salesmen are patronizing. I hate every time I have to go back there. I will never buy from them again. As I assisted my mother in purchasing a vehicle today, I was very impressed with the professionalism, integrity, and dedication to developing a relationship with the customer (both my mother and myself) to ensure the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I would like to point out that each employee I encountered was friendly, spoke or greeted myself or mother, and ensured our comfort (offered water as it was a VERY hot day). Troy was extremely thorough on working with our requests to fix certain (minor) issues before the sale, as part of our sales agreement. Everything from fixing the minor issues, signing the paperwork, to detailing the car was expedited beautifully. As someone who also works in the automotive industry, I will definitely refer my customers to Toyota and to Troy.
