Every customer is provided with a Buyer’s Order that outlines the complete purchase details, including all applicable fees and the final amount, and the document is reviewed and signed in acknowledgment prior to completing the purchase. We also provide a CoVideo so customers can review the vehicle’s condition and features before making their decision. Because our vehicles are pre-owned and sold AS-IS in accordance with the signed purchase agreement, we encourage customers to arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection for additional peace of mind. We understand that timely follow-up on items such as temporary tags and promised keys is important and we regret any delay or lack of communication you experienced.
